What forms of payment can I use?
The Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket office and the Civic Center Box Office accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards, checks and cash. Tickets ordered over the phone or the Internet must be paid with a credit card.
Where and when can I buy tickets in person?
The Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office is located at 7421 N. Classen in Oklahoma City . Ticket office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm.
The Civic Center Box Office is located at the Civic Center Music Hall at 201 N. Walker in Oklahoma City. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On the day of each performance, the Civic Center Box Office opens two hours before curtain time.
How do I buy tickets over the phone or the web?
Call (405) 848-TOES (8637) for the Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office or (405) 297-2264 for the Civic Center Box Office. Or visit www.myticketoffice.com. Be prepared to pay for your tickets with a credit card. You will be informed about additional charges for phone orders before you place your order.

Seating is assigned by date of payment. Special seats may be requested but are subject to availability. Season tickets will be mailed in late September. Programs are subject to change. Sorry, no refunds available.

College students may purchase tickets, at $12.50 ($10.00 plus a $2.50 handling fee), beginning two hours prior to the performance at the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office. Payments must be made in cash and a valid college ID must be shown.
All tickets purchased by phone from Oklahoma City Ballet will be charged a handling fee of $2.50 per ticket and individuals purchasing tickets at our offices will be charged a handling fee of $0.50 per ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable, including times of inclement weather unless a production is cancelled. However, tickets may be exchanged, with at least two business days’ advance notice, during regular box office hours, for tickets to another available performance of the same production. A fee of $2.50 per ticket will be charged for all exchanges.
All Oklahoma City Ballet productions begin promptly at the announced starting time. In deference to the comfort of the audience in the theatre, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff.
The theatre lobby opens one hour prior to the performance and ticket holders are allowed to take their seats 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
If you are purchasing or picking up tickets at the Civic Center Music Hall allow at least 30 minutes to do since there are frequently lines.
Performances are recommended for children age four and above. Any person entering the theatre must have a ticket, including babies or children sitting on a parent or guardians lap. These tickets are sold at the full children’s price. Any child attending, should be able to sit quietly through a performance. If a child becomes disruptive during a performance, it is at the ushers’ discretion to ask the child and accompanying adults to leave the auditorium. No refund of tickets will be made.
The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited.
All cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices must be turned off or silenced during performances. As a courtesy to others, text messaging while in the theatre is also not allowed.
