On the day of each performance, the Civic Center Box Office opens two hours before curtain time.

Be prepared to pay for your tickets with a credit card. You will be informed about additional charges for phone orders before you place your order.

Seating is assigned by date of payment. Special seats may be requested but are subject to availability. Season tickets will be mailed in late August. Programs are subject to change. Sorry, no refunds available.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: For wheelchair / disabled seating, aisle seating next to another subscriber or other requests, please contact the ticket office at 848-TOES (8637).

If you have a voucher for tickets, please bring it to Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office and redeem for tickets. Vouchers may not be redeemed by the Civic Center Music Hall.

Student ‘Rush’ Discount

College students may purchase tickets, at $13 ($11 plus a $2 walk-up service charge), beginning one hour prior to the performance at the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office. Payments must be made in cash and a valid college ID must be shown.

Ticket Disclaimers

All tickets purchased by phone from Oklahoma City Ballet will be charged a handling fee of $2.50 per ticket. Discount ticket offers can only be purchased by calling Oklahoma City Ballet ticket office. Tickets purchased via the web or at the Civic Center Music Hall are not through the OKC Ballet ticket office. Handling fees for these tickets will be different and all sales are final. Web purchases and tickets purchased at the Civic Center Music Hall cannot be exchanged at the OKC Ballet ticket office.

Tickets are non-refundable, including times of inclement weather unless a production is cancelled. However, tickets purchased through our ticket office may be exchanged with at least two business days’ advance notice, during regular box office hours, for another available performance of the same production. A fee of $2.50 per ticket will be charged for all exchanges.

If you are purchasing or picking up tickets at the Civic Center Music Hall allow at least 45 minutes to do so since there are frequently lines. The theatre lobby opens one hour prior to the performance and ticket holders are allowed to take their seats 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. In deference to the comfort of the audience, latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seat by the facility staff. Latecomers can then take their ticketed seats at the first intermission.

Any person entering the theatre must have a ticket, including babies or children sitting on a parent or guardians lap. These tickets are sold at the full children’s price. Performances are recommended for children age four and above. Any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance. If a child becomes disruptive during a performance, it is at the discretion of the facility staff to ask the child and accompanying adults to leave the auditorium. No refund of tickets will be made.

The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited. All cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices must be turned off or silenced during performances. As a courtesy to others, text messaging while in the theatre is also not allowed.
